Rosenman, Samuel Irving

(1896-1973)
   American judge. Born in San Antonio, Texas, his family moved to New York City. He studied at Columbia University and became an assemblyman for the 11th district of Manhattan. He later became gover-nor's counsel and subsequently a judge in the state supreme court. He edited the The Public Papers and Addresses of Franklin D. Roosevelt.
